Vermillion Fizz

The Standby Bar in Detroit makes a terrific Vermillion Fizz and here is our take with InstaFoam.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 ounce Bombay Dry Gin
3/4 ounce Campari
3/4 ounce Grenadine
1/2 ounce lemon juice
2 dashes InstaFoam
Pellegrino Blood Orange Soda
Angoustura Bitters

In a shaker combine ice and all ingredients except the soda and bitters. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, then strain into a cocktail glass and top with a splash of the Blood Orange Soda. Place drops of Angoustura Bitters on top and draw a line through the dots.
