Ramoncita Lopez Special

Eric Alperin at Food and Wine Magazine, created this delicious sour. Here’s the InstaFoam version.


2 ounces light rum
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce fresh lime juice
3 drops InstaFoam
Lime wedge for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, simple syrup, lime juice and InstaFoam. Shake until frothy. Strain the drink into a coupe glass from a dramatic height and garnish with a lime wedge.
