Pink is a great color on anyone, but even more so in this Pink Lady Cocktail on Chow. Here is our version.
2 ounces gin
2 drops InstaFoam
1/2 ounce heavy cream
1 teaspoon grenadine
1 Place a cocktail glass in the freezer to chill.
2 Place the gin, InstaFoam, cream, and grenadine in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker halfway with ice and shake until the outside is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into the chilled glass.
Pink Panther: Substitute 1 ounce vodka and 1 ounce amaretto for the gin.
Pink Rose: Substitute light cream for the heavy cream, and add a dash of fresh lemon juice.
