New Orleans Ramos Gin Fizz

The original Ramos Gin Fizz was invented in New Orleans according to Munchies and tasted more like a creamsicle, thanks to orange flower water. Here is an Instafoam version of this delicious cocktail.


3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice

1/2 ounce gum syrup

4 drops Instafoam

3/4 ounce heavy cream

2 ounces gin , preferrably Beefeater

3 drops orange blossom water

2 drops vanilla

2 ounces soda water


1. Combine the lemon juice, gum syrup, heavy cream, gin, vanilla, Instafoam and orange blossom water in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 20 seconds.

3. Add the soda water to your glass. Let the gin mixture settle for a minute before straining and pouring it into the soda water. Enjoy!
