The mixologist at Spirited Alchemy created this delicious Meyer Lemon Gin Fizz. Here is our InstaFoam version.
1 1/2 ounces gin
1 ounce Meyer lemon juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup (1:1)
2 drops InstaFoam
Add the gin, Meyer lemon juice, simple syrup, and InstFoam to a shaker without ice. Shake well for one minute. Add ice to the shaker. Shake again to chill the drink. Strain into a highball over ice. Top off with a splash of soda.
