This is a variation of the Pink Lady, for when you’re feeling blue. Here’s our InstaFoam take on this recipe from Liquor Magazine.
- 1.5 oz Beefeater gin
- .75 oz Lemon juice
- .5 oz Simple syrup
- 2 to 3 drops Orange flower water
- .25 oz Crème de violette
- 2 drops InstaFoam
- Blue curaçao
Add all ingredients except for the blue curaçao to a shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously or blend with an immersion blender, then double strain into a glass.
Pour a slip of blue curaçao down the side of the glass so that it layers on the bottom.
