Looking for a low calorie cocktail? Fizzes are great for lowering the amount of alcohol you drink and tasting great. Chef Jennifer Colliau from Food and Wine created this Juniper Tea Fizz with egg white, but here is our easy peasy InstaFoam twist. No straining necessary when you use InstaFoam.
2 ounces chilled club soda
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce Juniper Syrup
4 drops InstaFoam
2 ounces chilled brewed green tea
1 orchid or 1 lime wheel skewered with a juniper berry, for garnish
How to make this recipe
In a cocktail shaker, combine the tea, lime juice, Juniper Syrup,InstaFoam and ice, then shake well. Pour into a chilled fizz glass. Stir in the club soda; garnish with an orchid or a skewered lime wheel.
