Here is how you can make the magic happen with InstaFoam.
2 ounces Cynar
1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/4 ounce agave nectar
2 drops Instafoam
1 baby cucumber, halved and skewered on a pick (optional), and 3 long, thin strips of orange zest, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe or snifter and garnish with the baby cucumber and orange zest.
